Who's behind it?
Well the guy behind TT is called Craig Ballantyne, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and I've come across Craig Ballantyne's numerous times in popular fitness magazines such as Men's Health and Men's Fitness, and even in Oxygen and Shape magazines. So the program is clearly put together by a highly trusted fitness expert.
I've also read a lot about Craig and his training/education background, and I'll be direct, it's very impressive, not like the 'weekend trainers' that populate lots of the large commercial gyms.
