So, if your objective is to get rid of that 'hard to shift stomach fat' then Truth About Abs is only one of a few books that I now recommend which will show you in precise detail how to burn belly fat, and keep it off long-term!

Mike covers this in great detail and given that he is also a nutritionist you can rest assured he knows what he is talking about. He goes through lots of 'food myths' and explains why certain foods are just plain wrong when it comes to long term fat loss. PLUS, he also includes a number of surprise foods which actually help to shed the fat pounds even quicker. And I bet you already have these foods sitting idle in your food cupboard.

He also details example 7-day eating plans which detail all the foods you need to eat in order to accelerate the fat loss and keep it off. And along with delicious recipes he covers this whole area in great detail and is very easy to follow.

Like I've said on my other fat loss program reviews, Truth About Abs requires a fair deal of work. You will need to stick with the training plan and adhere to the advice given in the daily nutrition plans to ensure you make the most from the program.

However, the results from this fat loss program are second to none and I must stress that if it's long term fat loss you are after then you must use a program like Truth About Abs. It promotes the building of lean muscle mass which is the only way to improve your resting metabolic rate which in turn boosts your fat loss. That is scientific fact and is unfortunately what the majority of all those other 'fad' weight loss programs never tell you about.

Ultimately I give Truth About Abs a 4-Star Rating because it is straightforward and easy to follow. Mike Geary goes to great lengths to explain how our bodies work they way they do and why and how we can only lose fat by doing the right type of training and feeding our body the right nutrition.

The reason it does not get my 5-Star Rating is because some of the exercise routines can only be performed in a gym, and for those of us who are strapped for cash and don't want to pay for a gym then this could be an issue. However, I'm sure Mike could suggest some alternative exercises if you got in touch with him.
