Fat Loss 4 Idiots Review

FatLoss4Idiots makes the bold claim of 'lose 9lbs every 11 days'. Yeah right!

Apparently this has been around for a few years now and is very well known online as being one of the more successful diet programs. Not having heard about it before and its bold claim of 'lose 9lbs every 11 days' you can imagine I was somewhat sceptical.

But, I had committed to trying it out as one of my 'Final 6' and after reading through the sales page I purchased a copy.

The first thing that strikes you on reading through the program is that it doesn't follow your typical fat loss diet. It's not a low fat or a low carb style diet. In fact it seems like it's taken the best bits from a number of programs and worked it together into a very effective fat loss program.

The beauty of FatLoss4Idiots is that it provides an online menu builder system which allows you to plan your daily meals. And it's the design of these meals which is the most powerful thing with this program. It makes sure to design a meal plan that will trick your body into believing it is never hungry while at the same time increasing your fat loss burning metabolism.

This is all achieved by implementing a unique 11-day cycle within which you swap around the various food types you eat. And, as a fruit lover I was also double-pleased to learn that 1 day of the cycle was totally given over to just eating fruit. This may not be to everyone's liking but at least it means you're not stuck with the same foods for each of the 11 days.

The guidelines on what you eat during the 11 days is clearly detailed and is a mixture of carbs and protein. And the program stipulates that you eat until 'satisfied' and not until you're 'full'.

Although this part was slightly confusing I did adopt one of my favourite weight loss tips and that was to use a smaller plate than normal from which to eat my food. So for me I was still able to eat enough, until satisfied, and never really felt too full. The other thing I just want to mention is that at the end of the 11-day cycle you have what's known as the 3-day cheat. Within these 3 days you can eat whatever foods you want, within reason, before you start back on your 11-day cycle again.

And like any fat loss program, it recommends you do at least 30 minutes of exercise per day. Although I got the impression FatLoss4Idiots is designed for a more sedentary lifestyle. As such if you are overweight and very active then you will have to adjust the program to take that extra activity into account.

Overall 'Fat Loss 4 Idiots' is a fantastic program, and the best from the 6 I tested. It finally helped me lose lots of fat AND keep it off.

PLUS, it is also the one I now turn to when I am trying to quickly shed those excess pounds for my holidays.
