Fat Burning Furnace Review
When I first saw the Fat Burning Furnace website, I must confess I thought 'here we go...' yet another so-called Fat Loss program promising unrealistic results'.
However, because the whole point of my research was to end all speculation and to find the best 'how to lose stomach fat' programs online, I just went ahead and downloaded it. And I'm so happy I did too.
The first thing that gave me some confidence in the program was the pictures and results from the founder of this product, Rob Poulos. He states that he lost 42 lbs and 10 inches of fat from his waist by using the program for only 45 minutes per week. Plus, he also got his wife to follow the program and she lost 59lbs. Just the before and after pictures of Rob and his wife were enough to convince me I had made the right decision to try Fat Burning Furnace.
In fact, I was pleasantly surprised with this one in that it's a dual-purpose fat loss program. The whole concept behind FBF is that not only do you lose fat but you also build lean muscle that in turn helps to burn even more calories.
This program is completely different to FL4I in that it concentrates more on a very short workout to aid with fat loss. However, it does extensively cover the importance of nutrition and the right foods to eat when it comes to burning off the fat.
The workouts are designed in such a way to provide a 'fat burning furnace' and include some exercise routines that I've never seen done that way before. Therein lies the secret to the program in that you must stick to very specific workout routines. But the real benefit is that these routines only take up a fraction of the time suggested by other fat loss programs such as Turbulence Training & Truth About Abs.
In fact you only have to work out a minimum of 45-60 minutes per week to start seeing some great results. And once again with my busy lifestyle this was ideal for me.
Well, for my own results, it was pretty much the average weight loss predicted by the program. I lost a total of 25 pounds in 7 weeks. And this was sticking to the program exactly i.e. I didn't have any 'cheat days' which I could have in FL4I and as such the amount lost was the maximum.
However, I'm not complaining as although I didn't lose as much as what I lost using FL4I, the weight lost was pretty much all made up of fat. On the FL4I program the initial weight loss was also made up of water loss.
Ultimately, FBF is a program that is best suited to anyone who likes the idea of doing workouts along with a food-controlled program.
