Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle Review

First off, let me start by saying that I have recently bought a number of programs similar to Burn The Fat. All these programs use a mixture of some form of High Intensity workout, coupled with great nutrition advice to give a process that WILL help you lose fat.

These programs include Fat Burning Furnace, Truth About Abs and Turbulence Training.

NOTE: Don't let the picture of a guy with lots of muscles put you off if you are female. This program is so well designed it will equally suit both women and men.

Burn The Fat - Feed The Muscle: An Internet Best Seller With Thousands Of Satisfied Fat-Free Users.

In fact, it's one of the best selling e-books on ANY subject in Internet history -... And there is a very good reason why...

It's because thousands of men and women of all ages are burning off BODY FAT - not water or muscle weight - and they are doing it naturally, without supplements, pills or "magic potions," merely by using the proven, scientifically-correct and common-sense instruction obtained within this remarkable diet and fitness guidebook.

Tom Venuto, a much respected fat loss specialist, natural bodybuilder, and personal trainer, has not just developed yet another "diet program" into an overly saturated market. Tom's Burn the Fat should be described as a "Fat Loss Bible." It is quite simply one of the most comprehensive, in depth, and precise guides to fat loss you will ever study. What makes it stand out over all the other weight loss books on the market?

To start with, it's a "fat" loss program and not a "weight loss" program. This might appear like semantics or wordplay, but when you've read only the first three chapters, there will be no question in your mind that pursuing "weight loss" is not only the wrong goal, it might be the reason that you've failed to reach and keep up your best body weight. Burn The Fat shows you exactly why it's fat you should lose, not "weight" (which includes water muscle, and other lean tissue) and then goes on to demonstrate precisely how to do it.

Secondly, the thing that makes Burn The Fat unique is the amount of consideration that is paid to every aspect of successful, healthy, permanent fat loss. It not only thoroughly dispels the lies, myths and fallacies that surround a very confusing subject , it is basically the most exhaustive eBook on the subject of fat loss ever written. By reading Burn the Fat-Feed the Muscle, you will discover so much more about fat loss than you could from an entire semester of nutrition classes or from an entire shelf of diet books found at your local bookstore.

You might be thinking, "Is this a low carb diet? A high protein diet? A high fat diet? what type of fat loss program IS it" To be honest Burn the Fat is neither a high protein diet, or a low carb diet. That's because with the info. in this book, you'll be able to clearly work out your own ideal protein, carbs and fats ratio. You'll be able to study your body type (are you an endomorph, ectomorph, or mesomorph?), you will work out your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate, or the amount of "preservation" calories your body requires every day), and you will discover if you are carb tolerant or carb intolerant.

This custom-made approach makes complete sense because each of us is a unique individual and no 2 people are exactly alike in terms of personal goals and body physiology.

One of the most powerful parts of the book is the first one called, "How To Set Powerful, Compelling Goals That Will Propel You Forward and Charge You Up with Unstoppable Motivation." Within this chapter, you will discover what is almost certainly the fundamental secret to burning fat and getting in shape... and it has nothing to do with diets, useless supplements or training programs. There's also a great quote in this chapter from the legendary Green Bay Packers coach, Vince Lombardi...

"The dictionary is the only place success comes before work. Hard work is the price we must all pay for success." That line does a good job of clarifying the "no quick fix" philosophy behind the book. In the rest of the book, you'll learn the comprehensive and precise mechanics of fat loss - explained on both a practical and scientific level (which can be easily applied in your own daily life in terms of what you should eat and how to exercise to burn fat).

If there is any drawback to the book, it's that it's packed with so much info., that some readers may find it a bit overpowering. Those who are searching for a "cliff's Note's" quick start type of fat loss program, may be a bit intimated at first. The good part conversely, is that even these types of readers can feel confident and assured that it will be worth the effort because this will actually be the last book they ever have to buy on the subject.

Who will benefit most from Burn the Fat?
In the broadest sense, anyone who wants to lose weight will benefit from Burn The Fat. Men, women, bodybuilders, health enthusiasts, and especially motivated individuals and keen readers will adore this book. Even though it was written by a bodybuilder, this book is definitely NOT just for bodybuilders.

You will find no "40 lbs. in 40 days" miracles mentioned in this book. It's all about smart eating choices, planning, hard work and a change of lifestyle. As Burn The Fat author Tom Venuto says,...

"Burn the Fat is simple, but it's not easy."

In terms of graphic design, it is a clean and well formatted e-book. It's a small bit on the pure side, being made up of just text (See my Conclusion on this.), but that makes it ideal for printing and reading in the luxury of a favorite chair. Due to it's size, it does require a tough printer and a decent stack of paper.

Initially, some people thought that Burn the Fat was a little pricey because $39 might seem like a fair chunk of money for an ebook. However, after they saw the quantity of information enclosed within Burn The Fat's 340 pages, along with the bonus ebooks and reports that you also get, they said it was not only worth the $39, but many times that amount.

NOTE: It also comes with no less than 5 FREE Bonus eBooks. See the end of this review to find out more about these Bonus eBooks.

As with any how-to book, you're not really paying for the materials used to put together the document, but for what the info. can do for you, and undoubtedly, this publication has changed a lot of lives and the hundreds of testimonials and success stories found on the Burn The Fat website are evidence of that (I recommend you take a peek at that "testimonials" page on the Burn The Fat website because some of the before and after body transformations are simply incredible - as well as inspirational).

The Bottom line?
Anybody searching for a quick fix solution to fat loss, anybody looking to be told fairy-tales, and anyone looking for a "magic bullet" presented by the likes of body wraps, magic diet pills, diet shakes, or "fat-burning" creams and gels may be best advised to steer well away from Burn the Fat. This is a truly serious fat loss program for those of you who will commit to the nutrition and workout schedules.

Good points
On the other hand, anyone tired of "spinning their wheels" going nowhere, who wants the truth about fat loss and who is ready and willing to put in the hard work and discipline and make the lifestyle changes necessary to get a fat free body, will find Burn The Fat to be one of the best investments they ever made in their lives.

Plus, it also covers an area which a lot of other fat loss books to adequately deal with and that is the mental side of losing weight and setting proper goals. Tom deals with this from the very first chapter where he has detailed mental training techniques to end procrastination, increase motivation and help you stick with your program.

The FREE Bonus reports included with your purchase really do add a great deal of value to the product. Considering the book is already over 200 pages long the addition of guides on things like Fat Burning Foods,

Not so good points
One of the main drawbacks for me is that Burn The Fat lacks detailed guidance on how to perform all of the exercises mentioned throught the book. Although I was able to find detailed videos of the workout routines by searching online e.g. Youtube, it would have been much better to include an Appendix with at least some still shots of someone performing the routine. For more experienced 'workout' users and those familiar with weights movements, it is not an issue but for those who are complete beginners to the workout routines it will be an additional headache to find out how to perform some of the workouts.
