Well I suppose you could day that fat busting foods are just another idea dreamt up by the food industry to try and get those of us looking to lose weight to part with our hard earned cash. However, you’d be very wrong.

There are numerous food types that will actually help in the how to lose stomach fat loss process and although you won’t be burning off pounds of fat just by eating any of my Top 5 foods they will certainly help in the process.

Eggs
These are one of natures very best creations. For those of you who only stick to the egg whites then you are missing out on over half the protein and healthy vitamins which make up an egg.

Lean Meat & Fish
The leanest pieces of meat you can buy are one of the best sources of protein with low fat content. The protein will help to boost your metabolism, lose fat and build lean muscle tissue, which in turn help you burn more calories.

Two of the best meats to eat are lean beef and lamb.

And some of the best fish to eat is Salmon & Tuna.

Apples
This one should be always be in your fruit drawer. You know the old saying ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’. That was for a very good reason. Another one of natures finest fat busting foods.

Herbs & Spices
There are just so many of these to mention so I’ll cover just a few. Most of the following have various properties which in their own way help with fat loss.
