How the Calories 'Burned' Calculator Works

The counter below is great for working out the calories burned for specific exercise types e.g. running, walking, swimming etc.

Simply enter your weight and time spent doing an activity (as listed below) and the calculator will tell you how many calories you have burnt whilst doing that exercise.

For example, if you enter 80kg as Your Weight and 40 minutes as the Time Doing Activity you'll see that if that 40 minutes was spent Running then you'd burn 620 Calories. But if that 40 minutes was spent Swimming then you'd only burn 338 Calories.
